Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use fuhosg.com or the Fuho app, or buy from us (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Fuho ("FuhoSG", "we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

Please give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.

2. Products and prices

  • We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible, but actual items may vary slightly from photos.
  • Prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • Promotions and voucher codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combinable with other offers.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Singapore. Delivery options, fees and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our Refund Policy explains how to return an item, how refunds work, and our 6-month warranty on Fuho-brand products. It does not affect your rights under Singapore law, including the Lemon Law.

6. Using the Service

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation or security, accessing other people's accounts, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on the Service, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Fuho or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
