Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Singapore only.

Delivery options and fees

• Standard Delivery (1–2 working days) — S$2.99 for orders below S$35.
• FREE Standard Delivery on orders of S$35 and above. Applied automatically at checkout.
• Same Day Delivery — S$25 for orders placed by 12pm, where available at checkout.

Processing

• All items are ready stock in Singapore. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 working day.
• Delivery times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Delivery address

Please check your address and contact number at checkout. If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Delivery for large or bulk orders is arranged separately. Contact us for a quote.
