Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Fuho. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

1. Damaged, defective or wrong item — we fix it at our cost

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery, with photos or a short video of the item and packaging.
  • You choose a replacement or a full refund, including delivery fees. We'll arrange the return pickup at no cost to you.
  • Defects that appear later are covered by our 6-month warranty (see below).

2. Change of mind — 14 days

  • Return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and with all parts and accessories.
  • Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. There is no restocking fee, but the original delivery fee is not refundable.
  • Prefer a different size or colour? You can exchange within the same 14 days, subject to stock.

3. Items we can't take back (unless damaged, defective or wrong)

  • Food and snacks.
  • Opened hygiene and consumable items, such as gloves, trash bags, sink nets, laundry pods, air fryer paper, sponges and cleaning cloths.
  • Bedding and mattress protectors once unsealed.
  • Items marked Final Sale in our clearance section.
  • Free gifts. If you return an item that came with a free gift, please return the gift as well.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving and checking the item. Your bank may take another 5–10 working days to show it.
  • If a partial return brings your order below a promotion's minimum spend, the promotion's value will be deducted from the refund.

5. Warranty

  • Fuho-brand products come with a 6-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.
  • It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or consumable and food items.
  • This is in addition to your rights under Singapore's Lemon Law.

6. How to start a return or warranty claim

Wholesale & bulk orders

Wholesale and bulk orders follow the return terms agreed in your quotation.
