This Privacy Policy explains how Fuho ("FuhoSG", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit fuhosg.com, shop with us, or use the Fuho app (together, the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

  • Contact and account details: your name, email address and phone number, and your password if you create an account (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Order details: delivery address, items bought, order history and messages you send us about an order.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing information: such as your device and browser type, IP address, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
  • To create and manage your account.
  • To reply to your questions by email or WhatsApp.
  • To send you offers and news, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud, and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, and measure how our website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the cart, may not work without them.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for that purpose: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery partners, and our hosting and email providers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent to marketing, or ask us to delete your account by emailing bizdev@fuhosg.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders and payments, where the law requires it.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
